Competitive ELISA demonstrates that low amounts of N1-Acetyl-Spermidine conjugate are required to abolish antigen-antibody reaction (high affinity), while rising concentrations of N8-Acetyl-Spermidine, Spermidine, Spermine, Ornithine, and Putrescine conjugates do not affect reaction (high specificity).
