Competitive ELISA demonstrates that low amounts of L-Lysine conjugate are required to abolish antigen-antibody reaction (high affinity), while rising concentrations of Putrescine, Homo-L-Arginine, N-Methyl-L-Lysine, N-Acetyl-L-Lysine (L-Lysine competitors) do not affect reaction (high specificity).
