Normetanephrine was stained within fibers of crayfish thoracic ganglia. Staining was performed on whole mount nervous chains with Stainperfect immunostaining kit A following whole mount sample protocol. Fluorescent labeled secondary antibody was used and image captured by confocal imaging.
