In vitro and in vivo evidence of IDO inhibitor effects on kynurenine / tryptophan levels ELISA-quantified using our ELISA pack (ISE-2227).
(A) Plasma samples were collected from MCA205 tumor-bearing mice challenged or not with an IDO1 inhibitor and processed for kynurenine and tryptophan levels ELISA determination (ISE-2227) – More information in Nafia et al, Front Immunol. 2020 Mar 5;11:274.
(B) Mature human dendritic cells were co-cultured with HLA-mismatched CD4+ T cells in a mixed lymphocyte reaction assay and exposed for 72h to increasing concentrations of an IDO1 inhibitor. Supernatants were then collected for kynurenine and tryptophan content ELISA determination (ISE-2227).
